Apply to dry hair. Take a moderate amount of gel and emulsify between your fingers or hands. Apply gloss gel to the hair and comb into place. For a wet look, you can either define individual wisps or edges with your fingers or apply the gel more generously throughout the hair to finish and add detail to your style.
